We provide bespoke celebrant services for funerals, weddings, and other ceremonies. The details and scope of services will be agreed upon prior to commencement.
All bookings must be confirmed in writing, or by e-mail a non refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking as agreed during initial consultations the remaining payment is to be paid no later than on the day for funerals and one month in advance for all other ceremonies before the ceremony date. payments can be made by bank transfer or Card Payments.
Cancellation by the client must be made in writing, refunds will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our cancellation policy and in the rare event that we are unable to deliver services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund of any fees paid or assist in arranging an alternative celebrant.
Any changes to the ceremony details must be communicated as soon as possible and no later than three days before for funerals and 14 days for all other ceremonies before the ceremony significant changes may be subject to additional fees or loss of deposit, depending on the scope of adjustment required.
While every effort will be made to deliver services as agreed, we will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or accidental damages arising from circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.
Any original content created by us for the ceremony, such as scripts, vows or readings, remains our intellectual property and is subject to copyright. You may use this content exclusively for personal purposes only.
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any personal information shared with us will be used solely for the purpose of planning and delivering your ceremony. Please refer to our privacy policy for more details.
If you have any concerns or complaints, please contact us in writing within seven days after your ceremony to allow us to address the matter promptly.
